C8 Corvette Interior

  • The Corvette maintains its pure two-seater layout, featuring a futuristic interior adorned with leather, genuine metal accents, and luxurious faux suede. It even boasts an elegantly stitched headliner.

  • The coupe variant continues the tradition of a removable roof, which can be conveniently stored in the trunk just behind the engine compartment.

  • The rear trunk provides ample space for two golf bags, while the front trunk offers additional room for luggage or cargo when the roof is stowed.

  • Behind the squared-off steering wheel, the driver is greeted by a 12.0-inch reconfigurable gauge display, complemented by a large infotainment touchscreen angled towards the driver's convenience.

  • Emphasizing the driver-focused concept, a tall bank of switches bisects the cockpit, controlling the car's climate-control system.

  • Upgrading to the 3LT package enhances the interior with premium materials, including stitched leather surfaces and carbon-fiber trim.

  • The new Corvette boasts two trunk areas, one ahead of the passenger compartment and one behind the engine, offering a generous total of 13 cubic feet of storage space.

  • Chevrolet assures that the Corvette can accommodate two sets of stacked golf clubs in the rear compartment, a claim that our testing confirms.

  • Infotainment and Connectivity: The Corvette utilizes Chevrolet's Infotainment 3 Plus system, equipped with an 8.0-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability, Bluetooth audio streaming, and a 4G LTE mobile hotspot. The system is user-friendly and highly responsive to commands.

C8 corvette Fuel Economy

Corvette C8 Warranty

The C8 Corvette, like other Chevrolet models, offers a comprehensive warranty package. The bumper-to-bumper limited warranty covers the entire vehicle, including parts and labor, for three years or 36,000 miles. Additionally, the powertrain warranty extends for five years or 60,000 miles. Chevrolet also provides coverage for the first maintenance visit and any recall-related work, ensuring peace of mind for Corvette owners.

C8 Corvette offers improved fuel efficiency compared to previous models, but its focus remains on performance rather than fuel economy. The Corvette C8 achieves 16 mpg in the city, 24 mpg on the highway, and a combined rating of 19 mpg. With a full tank, you can drive an average of 352 miles.

PROS & CONS

CONS:

• Absence of manual transmission option, limited availability of advanced driver-assistance features, mixed reception towards the squared-off steering wheel design.
