Desten's Technology Charges InMotion's Racing EV in under 4 seconds

DESTEN Inc., a cutting-edge company specializing in lithium-ion battery technology, and InMotion, a leading developer of electric vehicle (EV) technology for racing, have unveiled a groundbreaking battery pack that is poised to revolutionize the world of electric driving. The remarkable breakthrough in cell technology, created by DESTEN Inc., introduces ultra-fast charging capabilities that redefine the charging and performance standards for EVs.

InMotion's Revolution LMP3 Race Car , Thanks to DESTEN's new battery cell technology, the battery pack achieves a record-breaking charging time of 3 minutes and 56 seconds. This impressive feat was made possible through the integration of advanced pack and cooling systems developed by InMotion.

The upcoming 24 Hours of Le Mans race will serve as a platform to showcase the capabilities of this new battery pack. It will demonstrate its charging speed and power on the race track, having undergone extensive testing to ensure optimal performance under demanding race conditions.

In endurance races like this, the concept of "Electric Refuelling" plays a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of EVs compared to traditional Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles. With EVs capable of recharging in the same time it takes to fill up a gas-powered car, it presents a significant advantage.
